PVC Covered Spill Pallet for 2 IBC

Designed for the safe and compliant outdoor storage of up to two 1000-litre IBCs, this PVC Covered Spill Pallet provides reliable secondary containment while protecting both the IBCs and bund from rainwater, dirt and other environmental contaminants. Manufactured in the UK from durable medium density polyethylene (MDPE), it offers excellent chemical resistance and is ideal for demanding industrial environments.

Featuring a generous 1,100-litre sump capacity, the pallet fully complies with UK Oil Storage Regulations, helping businesses meet environmental and workplace safety requirements. The low-profile, flat deck allows two IBCs to be positioned quickly and easily, while the integrated spill containment helps protect against leaks and spills.

The pallet is supplied with a self-assembly galvanised steel frame and durable polyethylene weather cover, preventing rainwater from entering the bund and reducing the risk of contaminated sump contents. The front access flap can be rolled open and secured with integrated ties, allowing convenient access to the IBCs during dispensing or maintenance.

Two removable plastic grids provide easy access to the sump for cleaning and maintenance, while the UV-stabilised construction ensures reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor applications.
