Why choose ergonomic PU wheels

The soft polyurethane tread flexes to absorb shock and grip the floor, making it easier to start a load moving and to negotiate thresholds, expansion gaps and uneven surfaces. Compared with hard nylon or steel wheels, ergonomic PU wheels roll more smoothly, generate far less noise and are kinder to floor finishes, while still resisting the abrasion, oils and chemicals common in industrial settings. Non-marking properties help keep smooth floors clean.

Supplied as bare wheels, they are available across a wide range of diameters and load capacities with plain, roller or precision ball-bearing bores to suit your speed and duty needs. Fit them to your own brackets or pair them with Merlin castor brackets to build a complete swivel, fixed or braked assembly.
