Refund policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. The item must be returned at the Customer’s expense to the delivery address requested by the Supplier within 10 business days of delivery.

Any return will be subject to a minimum 20% ‘restocking charge’ and such other terms as the Company may impose.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately on the day of delivery if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and be able to make a claim through the freight company. If we are not informed immediately on the day of delivery we will not be able to issue a refund for the damaged goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Special orders, including all 'custom made' or 'made to order' orders cannot be returned and/or refunded under any circumstances. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 business days.
