Over-The-Side Immersion Heater

The Over-the-Side Immersion Heater provides efficient and flexible heating for liquids in open vessels such as tanks, barrels, buckets and containers. Designed to hook securely over the side of the vessel, it can be installed quickly without the need for permanent modifications or complicated installation.

Featuring a robust AISI 316L acid-resistant stainless steel tubular heating element, this immersion heater is suitable for demanding industrial environments and applications involving water-based and industrial liquids. Its relatively high surface power density provides rapid heat transfer, making it particularly suitable for smaller to medium-sized volumes where fast heating and flexibility are important.

An integrated adjustable thermostat provides convenient temperature control from 30–90°C, allowing the liquid temperature to be maintained at the required level. The heater is also suitable for frost protection in exposed systems and temporary or mobile heating applications.

With an IP67-rated terminal box, the heater offers reliable protection in demanding working environments. The over-the-side design makes it a practical solution for workshops, maintenance applications and process heating where a permanent heating system is not required.
