High Temperature Drum Heater for 25-30L Drum

The High Temperature Drum Heater for 25–30 Litre Drums is designed to maintain the temperature and viscosity of liquids while preventing contents from cooling or freezing during storage, transport, and processing. Featuring an adjustable digital thermostat with a temperature range of 0°C to 200°C, this drum heating jacket delivers precise and reliable heating for a wide range of industrial applications.

Manufactured from silicone-impregnated cloth with fibreglass insulation and Teflon heating wire, the heater provides excellent durability, efficient heat transfer, and long-lasting performance. Its lightweight construction and adjustable quick-release webbing straps enable the jacket to be fitted quickly and securely to standard 25–30 litre steel drums, making it ideal for both fixed installations and portable applications.

Suitable for manufacturing, chemical processing, food production, pharmaceutical, engineering, and maintenance industries, the drum heater helps maintain the correct temperature and viscosity of oils, diesel fuel, resins, waxes, greases, fats, water, and many other industrial liquids. By maintaining a consistent temperature, it improves product flow, simplifies dispensing, and helps prevent downtime caused by thickened or frozen materials.

The drum heater can be used independently or in combination with drum heating cabinets, heating ovens, or a drum base heater to improve heating efficiency and minimise heat loss during transportation. An insulated drum lid is also available separately for enhanced thermal performance.

As standard, the heater is supplied with IP40 protection. For applications where equipment may be exposed to moisture or routine wash-down procedures, such as food and pharmaceutical production environments, an IP54 version is also available.
