Description
The Electric Rough Terrain Pallet Stacker is a powerful and dependable solution designed for demanding handling tasks in outdoor and uneven environments. With a 1500kg load capacity, it is ideal for loading, unloading, and transporting standard pallets across rough terrain.
Available in a range of lift heights to suit different operational requirements:
- 1600mm (RTS 15.16)
- 2500mm (RTS 15.25)
- 3000mm (RTS 15.30)
Built for durability and performance, the stacker features a raised chassis and large, heavy-duty wheels, ensuring smooth operation on uneven surfaces. Wide straddle legs provide excellent stability, while adjustable forks mounted on a standard FEM CIIA carriage allow for flexible handling of various pallet types, including non-standard loads.
Equipped with two independently powered drive wheels, the stacker offers superior traction and control. It can handle inclines of up to 10% with a full load and up to 15% with a 600kg load, making it well suited for ramps, slopes, and multi-level environments such as underground car parks.
The unit is powered by two batteries, delivering approximately 5 hours of operation under normal working conditions. An onboard single-phase charger is included as standard and connects to a 240V mains supply. For optimal performance, batteries should be charged overnight or for at least 8 hours when fully discharged. An optional 110V charger is also available.
With an IP54 ingress protection rating, the stacker is designed to withstand dust and light water exposure, ensuring reliable operation in tough conditions.
A wide range of optional attachments is available to enhance versatility, including crane jibs, booms, drum clamps, load protectors, extended forks, and sliding hooks. Special configurations can also be provided to meet specific requirements.
