Description
The Electric Rough Terrain Pallet Stacker is a durable and versatile solution designed for demanding environments. With a 1200kg load capacity, it is ideal for loading, unloading, and transporting most standard pallets across uneven and outdoor surfaces.
Available in a range of lift heights to suit different applications:
- 1600mm (RTS 12.16)
- 2500mm (RTS 12.25)
- 3000mm (RTS 12.30)
Engineered for rough terrain use, the stacker features a raised chassis and large, heavy-duty wheels to ensure smooth operation on uneven ground. Wide straddle legs provide excellent stability, while adjustable forks mounted on a standard FEM CIIA carriage allow for flexible handling of various pallet types.
Equipped with two independently powered drive wheels, the stacker delivers enhanced traction and control. It is capable of handling inclines of up to 10% with a full load and up to 15% with a 600kg load, making it well suited for ramps, slopes, and environments such as underground car parks.
Powered by two batteries, the stacker offers approximately 5 hours of operation under normal working conditions. An onboard single-phase charger is included as standard and connects to a standard 240V mains supply. For optimal performance, batteries should be charged overnight or for at least 8 hours when fully discharged. An optional 110V charger is also available.
With an IP54 ingress protection rating, the stacker is built to withstand dust and light water exposure, ensuring reliable performance in tougher conditions.
A wide range of optional attachments is available, including crane jibs, booms, drum clamps, load protectors, extended forks, and sliding hooks. Special configurations can also be provided to meet specific operational requirements.
