Description
The Electric Rough Terrain Pallet Stacker is a robust and versatile solution designed for handling loads in demanding environments. With a 1000kg load capacity, it is ideal for loading, unloading, and transporting standard pallets across uneven surfaces.
Available in multiple lift height options, this stacker can be tailored to suit a range of applications:
- 1600mm (RTS 10.16)
- 2500mm (RTS 10.25)
- 3000mm (RTS 10.30)
Built with a raised chassis and large rough terrain wheels, this unit is specifically engineered for outdoor use and uneven ground conditions. Wide straddle legs provide excellent stability, while adjustable forks mounted on a standard FEM CIIA carriage allow for flexible handling of different pallet types.
Equipped with two independently powered drive wheels, the stacker delivers enhanced traction and control. It is capable of travelling on inclines of up to 10% with a full load and up to 15% with a 600kg load, making it suitable for use on ramps, slopes, and environments such as underground car parks.
The stacker is powered by two batteries, offering approximately 5 hours of operation under normal working conditions. An onboard single-phase charger is included as standard and connects to a standard 240V mains supply. For optimal performance, batteries should be charged for at least 8 hours or overnight. An optional 110V charger is also available.
With an IP54 ingress protection rating, the stacker is designed to withstand dust and light water exposure, ensuring reliable performance in tougher working conditions.
A range of optional attachments is available to enhance versatility, including crane jibs, booms, drum clamps, load protectors, extended forks, and sliding hooks. Special configurations can also be provided to meet specific operational requirements.
