Drum Insulated Jacket for 200-220L Drum

The Drum Insulated Jacket for 200-220 Litre Drums is designed to minimise heat loss and maintain the temperature of materials stored in standard 200-220 litre metal drums. Ideal for use in manufacturing, chemical processing, food production, and other industrial applications, the insulated jacket helps improve energy efficiency while protecting temperature-sensitive products during storage and transportation.

Manufactured from a durable polyurethane-coated nylon outer jacket with needled polyester insulation, the jacket provides excellent thermal insulation while remaining lightweight, water resistant, and flame retardant. It is designed to withstand demanding industrial environments and can be fitted or removed quickly using the integrated Velcro® fastening system.

For applications where drum contents require heating, the insulated jacket can be used in conjunction with a base drum heater to significantly improve heat retention and reduce heating times. By minimising heat loss, the jacket helps maintain a more consistent product temperature while improving the overall efficiency of the heating process.

The integrated insulated lid provides convenient access to the top of the drum, allowing filling, inspection, or dispensing without completely removing the jacket.

Designed to fit standard 200-220 litre drums, custom sizes are also available on request for specialist applications.
