Manufactured from specialist food-grade silicone materials, this high-performance drum heater complies with the strict hygiene requirements of regulated industries while delivering precise temperature control up to 120°C.

Designed for efficient and uniform heating, the heater enables liquids to be warmed quickly and safely to the required temperature, helping to reduce viscosity, improve product flow, and maintain process consistency. The maximum operating temperature will depend on the characteristics of the material being heated.

For enhanced temperature accuracy, the heater is fitted with two adjustable thermostats, allowing precise control between 0°C and 120°C. This dual thermostat system helps maintain a consistent temperature across the drum, making it ideal for applications where product quality and process control are essential.

Constructed from durable silicone-coated glass fabric with a glass filament insulation blanket and silicone-insulated spiral wound heating element, the heater is built for long service life in demanding industrial environments. The specialist silicone material is designed not to harbour bacteria, making it particularly suitable for hygienic food and pharmaceutical processing.

Adjustable quick-release webbing straps allow the heater to be fitted and removed quickly, while also making it ideal for maintaining product temperature or viscosity during the storage and transportation of drums.
