The 1000 Litre Tall Collapsible Plastic Pallet Box is a robust, heavy-duty storage and transport solution designed to maximise efficiency across both inbound and outbound logistics. With an overall height of 1200mm, the box makes full use of available vehicle space when loaded, while its 3:1 folding ratio significantly reduces the space required for storage and return transportation.

Manufactured from durable HDPE and PP, this versatile pallet box offers a 1000 litre capacity and can also be used as an Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC). Smooth internal and external surfaces make the container easy to clean, supporting hygienic handling and efficient maintenance.

For convenient loading and unloading, the box is supplied as standard with half-drop gates on one long side and one short side. Gate configurations can also be customised to provide the access points required for your specific application. An optional removable lid is available to provide additional protection for the contents during storage and transportation.

When folded, the container offers a 3:1 space-saving ratio, making it ideal for return logistics and compact storage. Up to 180 folded units can be loaded for return transportation, helping to reduce logistics costs and maximise vehicle utilisation.

At the end of its working life, the pallet box is 100% recyclable, making it a practical and more sustainable choice for demanding industrial, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics applications.
