Mezzanine floors provide additional floors/platforms to an existing building or space and allow for an economical way of utilising previously dead space.
Merlin Industrial Products have been supplying mezzanine floors since 1994 with the first one a training college storage facility in Plymouth. We have the experience to help you decide if an extra floor is suitable for your requirements.
Every mezzanine floor project is different, and modern materials and accurate planning mean that most projects can be installed quickly using a dedicated team of installers covering the whole of the United Kingdom.
As well as the manufacture and supply of the extra floors, we can take responsibility for obtaining all building control and fire regulation approval from your local authority.
A typical project timetable is as follows:
Week 1 – Detailed site survey
Week 2 – Design and production of general arrangement (GA) drawing
Week 3 – Client approval of design and GA
Week 4 – Structural steel manufacture
Week 5 – Mezzanine installation
