Following the success of the Volthub VH16-240 (230V option), the Volthub VH16-110 (110V option) was developed specifically for worksites operating on 110V power — combining proactive safety measures with reactive fire suppression for complete peace of mind.
Proactive Safety and Intelligent Control
The IP55-rated Volthub VH16-110 ensures lithium-ion batteries are charged in optimal conditions. Equipped with forced ventilation, a thermostatic heater, humidity control, and early smoke and gas detection, the unit actively maintains the ideal environment while monitoring for early signs of danger.
Reactive Protection When It Matters
In the unlikely event of a fire, the Volthub’s automatic fire suppression system activates instantly to contain and extinguish the threat. Even if mains power is lost, the fire suppression and alert systems remain fully operational, ensuring continuous protection.
Built for the Worksite
Designed for ease of mobility, the VH16-110 includes crane lifting eyes, forklift pockets, and castors, making it simple to relocate around site. As a single plug-and-play unit, setup is fast and hassle-free.
Efficient Charging Performance
With 16 RCD trip-protected double gang sockets, the Volthub VH16-110 can charge up to 32 batteries simultaneously. Each compartment is independently protected — if a fault occurs, power is automatically isolated to that section, allowing the rest to continue charging safely. The larger lockers are designed to accommodate bulkier battery units.
