The ATEX Gas Bottle Heater provides a safe, reliable and energy-efficient solution for heating gas cylinders in hazardous environments. Manufactured to fit both standard and custom-sized gas bottles, the heating jacket delivers uniform heat distribution for efficient and controlled warming. Available in a range of sizes and power outputs, each heater can be configured to suit the specific cylinder dimensions and application requirements.

Designed for long-term durability, the flexible heating jacket is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. Its robust construction and IP65 protection rating provide excellent resistance against dust, moisture and water jets, making it well suited to harsh industrial conditions.

The ATEX Gas Bottle Heater is certified for use in hazardous areas and complies with the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX). Each unit is supplied fully assembled, factory configured and ready for immediate installation, eliminating the need for additional acceptance procedures.

For safe operation, the heater should be used with a maximum cylinder temperature of 50°C, in accordance with TRG 310, TRBS 3145 and TRGS 745 technical regulations.
