Hard Covered Spill Pallet for IBC

Designed for the safe and compliant storage of one 1000-litre IBC, this Hard Covered Spill Pallet provides reliable secondary containment while offering enhanced protection for outdoor environments. Manufactured in the UK from durable medium density polyethylene (MDPE), the unit features a generous 1,150-litre sump capacity and excellent resistance to a broad range of chemicals.

The spill pallet is fitted with a robust galvanised steel cover with a durable powder-coated finish, providing protection from rainwater, debris and harsh weather conditions. Two hinged front doors allow easy access to the IBC, while retaining catches hold the doors securely open during loading and unloading to improve safety and convenience.

The metal cover is securely fixed to the spill pallet using M8 dome head Allen bolts and nyloc nuts, creating a strong and durable storage solution suitable for demanding industrial environments. The pallet is designed to accommodate most standard IBC footprints and is supplied with a removable plastic grid for easy cleaning and spill management.

Integrated 2-way forklift pockets enable convenient transportation and positioning around site, while the UV-stabilised construction ensures long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor applications. Fully compliant with UK Oil Storage Regulations, this spill pallet offers dependable environmental protection and peace of mind.
