Silicone Gas Cylinder Heater

The Silicone Gas Cylinder Heater is designed to improve gas flow and maintain reliable performance from LPG cylinders, particularly in cold temperatures or during periods of high gas demand. By applying controlled heat directly to the cylinder, the heater increases LPG vaporisation, helping to maintain adequate gas pressure and ensure a more consistent supply.

Ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, the heater is particularly useful where a stable and efficient gas supply is essential, including rolled roof installation and other high-demand applications. By improving the vaporisation of LPG within the cylinder, it helps prevent reduced gas flow caused by low temperatures and high consumption rates.

Manufactured from flexible and durable silicone, the heater is designed for safe, reliable and convenient operation. A 40°C temperature limiter helps control the operating temperature, while a 55°C safety fuse with manual reset provides additional protection against overheating.

Additional support within the mounting system helps prevent the heater from moving once installed, ensuring consistent contact between the heater and cylinder.
