IBC Thermal Bubble Wrap Cover

The IBC Thermal Bubble Wrap Cover is designed to help protect and insulate 1000 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), helping to maintain the temperature of the contents and reduce the effects of external heat and solar radiation.

Ideal for IBCs stored or transported outdoors, the cover provides an effective barrier against direct sunlight. Its metallic aluminium outer layer reflects solar radiation, helping to prevent the container and its contents from overheating when exposed to the sun.

The cover combines a metallic aluminium outer layer with a bubble foil insulation interlayer, creating an insulating air space between the reflective outer surface and the IBC. This construction helps minimise heat transfer from the surrounding environment, providing additional protection against external temperature fluctuations.

Easy to Fit and Access

The IBC insulation cover is supplied as a single-piece cover that is quick and easy to install. Simply pull the cover down over the standard 1000L IBC container for a close-fitting solution.

A convenient Velcro opening at the top provides easy access to the IBC's filling lid without needing to remove the entire cover. This makes the insulation cover practical for regular access to the container while keeping the majority of the IBC protected.

Ideal for Outdoor Storage and Transportation

The reflective and insulating construction makes this thermal cover particularly useful for IBCs that need to be stored or transported in exposed conditions.
