IBC Insulation Body Cover

The IBC Insulation Body Cover is designed to help insulate and maintain the temperature of liquids and materials stored in standard 1000 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). By providing an additional layer of insulation around the body of the container, it helps reduce heat loss and maintain more stable internal temperatures.

Manufactured from quality, water-repellent nylon, the insulation jacket is durable, practical and easy to fit. Four adjustable straps with quick-release buckles allow the cover to be securely fitted around the IBC while making installation and removal quick and straightforward.

Designed for Use with IBC Heaters

The insulation body cover can be used in conjunction with an IBC Container Heater to improve heating efficiency. Simply fit and switch on the container heater before installing the insulated body cover over the outside of the IBC.

Used as an outer insulating layer, the cover helps retain the heat generated by the heating jacket, reducing heat loss to the surrounding environment and helping to achieve the required temperature more efficiently.

For applications requiring additional heating from the base of the container, an IBC Foil Heater can also be used in combination with the body insulation cover. This provides an additional source of heat from underneath the IBC and can help improve overall heating performance.

Add an Insulated Top Lid

For even greater insulation, an IBC Insulated Top Lid can be added to the body cover. The lid helps reduce heat loss from the top of the container, providing a more complete insulation solution for applications where maintaining temperature is important.

The body cover can therefore be used independently for temperature retention or combined with an IBC heating jacket, foil heater and insulated lid to create a more comprehensive IBC heating and insulation system.

Easy to Install

The cover is designed specifically for standard 1000L IBC containers and features four quick-release buckles and adjustable straps. This allows the jacket to be fitted securely around the container while accommodating slight variations in standard IBC construction.

The water-repellent nylon material also provides additional protection in environments where the IBC may be exposed to moisture.
