IBC Immersion Heater

The IBC Immersion Heater provides an efficient and reliable solution for heating liquids directly inside Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). By heating the liquid directly from within the IBC, it helps maintain the required temperature and viscosity, supporting efficient handling and reducing problems caused by materials becoming thicker at room temperature.

With a 2000W heating element and digitally controlled temperature adjustment from 0–90°C, the heater provides accurate and convenient temperature management. The integrated PT100 temperature sensor monitors the liquid temperature, allowing the heating process to be controlled according to the selected set point.

Durable Stainless Steel Construction

The heater features a robust AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel tube element, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance for demanding industrial environments. The IP65-rated construction also makes the heater suitable for use in environments where protection against dust and water jets is required.

Easy Temperature Control

The integrated digital controller allows the desired temperature to be set between 0–90°C, providing straightforward and precise control of the heating process.

The heater is designed to heat the liquid to the selected set temperature. Always check the maximum recommended heating temperature and compatibility of the substance before use. Different liquids and materials have different safe operating temperatures, and the heater can become very hot during operation.

For safe operation, the heater must remain sufficiently immersed in the liquid during use. The minimum recommended liquid level is 500mm (approximately half-full).
