Manufactured in Britain to a high standard, this Mobile Tray Rack provides a durable and efficient storage and transportation solution for warehouses, workshops, production facilities, and distribution centres. Designed to improve organisation and streamline material handling, the rack is supplied complete with Euro container box trays and offers excellent mobility throughout the workplace.
The robust frame is constructed from welded square-section steel tubing and incorporates formed tray supports to securely accommodate the supplied containers. A steel top cover enhances rigidity and durability, while a metal retaining strap prevents trays from being pushed through during loading and unloading, improving safety during everyday use.
Finished in a hard-wearing blue epoxy coating, the rack is resistant to wear, corrosion, and the demands of busy industrial environments. Supplied with Euro container trays measuring 600 x 400mm externally and 200 x 400 x 600mm internally, the unit provides generous storage capacity for components, parts, tools, and materials.
For smooth and effortless manoeuvrability, the rack is fitted with four swivel castors featuring durable 100mm diameter nylon wheels. With a maximum load capacity of 200kg, it offers a reliable and practical solution for transporting stored items safely and efficiently.
