The Heavy Duty Fully Powered Pallet Truck is designed for demanding, high-capacity applications where strength, durability, and consistent performance are essential. With a 3000kg load capacity, it is ideal for transporting heavy loads on a regular basis in industrial and warehouse environments.
This pedestrian-controlled unit features a central tiller for precise handling and ease of operation. Both drive and lift functions are fully electric, delivering smooth, efficient performance with minimal operator effort.
Powered by a robust AC drive system, the truck is equipped with a 24V / 1200W motor and an electromagnetic brake for enhanced control and safety. The hydraulic unit (24V / 800W) includes an electric descending valve for controlled and precise load lowering. An advanced AC electronic controller (up to 24V / 250A) ensures reliable and responsive operation.
For added convenience, the pallet truck includes a clear battery discharge indicator with an LCD hour counter, along with a safety feature that prevents fork operation when the battery is critically low. A speed selector allows operation with the tiller in the upright position, improving manoeuvrability in confined spaces.
With a fork width of 565mm and fork size of 560 x 1150mm, along with a lifting height of 120mm, this unit is well suited for handling standard pallets and heavy-duty loads.
