The High Temperature Drum Heater for 105–120 Litre Drums is designed to maintain the temperature and viscosity of liquids while preventing contents from cooling or freezing during storage and processing. Featuring an adjustable digital thermostat with a temperature range of 0°C to 200°C, this drum heating jacket provides precise and reliable heating for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Manufactured from silicone-impregnated cloth with fibreglass insulation and Teflon heating wire, the heater offers exceptional durability and efficient heat transfer. Its lightweight construction and adjustable quick-release webbing straps allow the jacket to be fitted quickly and securely to standard 105–120 litre steel drums, making it ideal for both stationary use and transportation.

Designed for use across manufacturing, chemical processing, food production, pharmaceutical, engineering, and maintenance industries, the drum heater helps maintain the correct temperature and viscosity of oils, diesel fuel, resins, waxes, greases, fats, water, and many other industrial liquids. Maintaining a stable temperature improves product flow, simplifies dispensing, and helps prevent costly downtime caused by thickened or frozen materials.

The drum heater can be used independently or alongside drum heating cabinets, heating ovens, or a drum base heater to provide faster heating and improved temperature retention. An insulated drum lid is also available separately to minimise heat loss and maximise heating efficiency.

As standard, the heater is supplied with IP40 protection. For applications where equipment is exposed to moisture or regular wash-down procedures, such as food and pharmaceutical production environments, an IP54 version is also available.
