The Drum Base Heater High Temperature 50-300°C is a powerful heating solution designed to heat standard metal drums directly from the base, delivering efficient and consistent heat transfer for demanding industrial applications. Suitable for all metal drums up to 200 litres, the heater features a 555mm diameter and is ideal for processes requiring higher operating temperatures.

Fitted with an adjustable built-in thermostat ranging from 50 to 300°C, the heater provides accurate temperature control to suit a wide variety of materials. The maximum achievable temperature will depend on the product being heated, allowing safe and controlled heating for different industrial liquids and substances.

Heating from the bottom promotes efficient heat transfer and helps reduce the time required to warm drum contents. For even faster heating, the base drum heater can be used alongside a traditional drum heating jacket or insulation jacket, providing combined bottom and side heating for improved performance.
