Equipped with an easy-to-use built-in thermostat adjustable from 0 to 120°C, the heater allows users to accurately maintain the desired temperature for improved product handling and processing. It is perfect for reducing the viscosity of thick materials, preventing contents from solidifying, or maintaining liquids at a workable temperature.

For applications requiring faster heat-up times, the drum base heater can be used alongside a traditional drum heating jacket, providing both bottom and side heating for maximum efficiency.

Manufactured using a durable glass-impregnated silicone heating mat with 50mm high-density rock wool insulation, this robust heater delivers reliable performance in demanding industrial environments while helping to minimise heat loss and improve energy efficiency.
