Construction & Bunding
Features include 1.5–3 mm steel construction powder-coated yellow or grey for high visibility, with spill collection sumps available on all drum rack models. Rack capacities up to 2000 kg per level. We also supply vertical drum storage stands (for 2–4 drums) and IBC bunded pallets with integral sump for secondary containment. A single bay 1200 mm wide can store 2 drums side-by-side (or 1 IBC). Depth can be single (800 mm) or double (1600 mm) for back-to-back storage to maximise warehouse density.
Compliance & Mobility
If you store hazardous liquids in drums, you must provide secondary containment (a bund) in accordance with UK environmental regulations. We sell drum racks with integral steel drip trays (110% capacity) or you can place a standard rack inside a spill pallet. Our floor-standing racks have foot plates for bolting down to concrete floors for added stability; for mobile storage requirements, consider drum dollies instead.
