Impact Protection Barriers and Buffers provide a cushion between people and barriers and stopping injuries from hard and sharp edges. Larger impact protection systems offer the ability to stop damage to walls and columns in car parks and corridors where trolleys are often used.

Corner Protection

Protect dangerous corners with Impact Protection Corner Profiles. Made in PU foam.

Impact Protection Corner profiles provide both visual warning and safety cushioning to hard unyielding objects.

Wall and Corner Protection

Wall Buffers are tough, impact resistant profiles designed to protect walls against impacts and glancing blows.

Column Protection Buffers

Impact protection for pillars. UV-resistant signal colours according to DIN 4844. Made in PU foam.

Specially designed for the protection of columns, e.g. indoor or underground parking lots, warehouses, manufacturing plants etc. Suitable for most installations, and especially where space is restricted. Designed for surface mounting with suitable bolts.

• Suitable for installation on rectangular and round columns, walls, wall protrusions, passages, beams etc.
• Prevents costly and unnecessary damage to vehicles and property.
• Two integral steel inserts for added strength around fixings.
• Manufactured in flexible age-resistant polyurethane foam.

Each profile has 4 recessed fixing holes for 8mm bolts.

TIP: For installation on rectangular columns, we recommend installing the profile with some clearance around the corners of the columns, as this will improve the shock absorption effect.

Loading Bay Protection

Loading bay Buffers provide excellent shock absorption properties, are hard wearing and provide long term protection.

• Quickly and easily installed.
• Harder wearing and longer lasting than conventional rubber.
• Ideal for internal and external protection.
• Hollow sections maximise shock absorption.
• Three profile shapes.

Applications:

Buffers provide maximum protection in areas such as ramps, loading docks or bays, walls etc.
