ESD seating must demonstrate a sound electrical continuity path that will survive harsh use. This is achieved throughout the structure of the assembly, without earth straps, which are prone to damage. Both surfaces of the seat and back are covered in an ESD fabric that contains a continuous carbon filament that will not wear. Non-marking glides are moulded in a conductive polymer, ensuring continuity with the conductive elements of anti-static flooring. ESD Glides can be changed for ESD Castors.
