The frame and plinth are manufactured of E1 (See below) graded melamine coated wood, shelves are powder coated steel.
The header board has a transparent rail, enabling easy insertion of a white cardboard strip for any inscription that may be required.
(The E1 standard is a European manufacturing standard that states the formaldehyde emissions in the wood used have an emission level of .10 parts per million. The standard was formed as a lot of Eastern laminated board and products do not comply.)
The high load capacity shelves are powder coated in RAL 7035 light grey. This item is delivered flat packed for self-installation, though Merlin Industrial can offer this service across the United Kingdom, if required.
