Biox Wood based plastic containers are a sustainable bioplastic range of storage containers for industrial applications. The carbon-neutral contains 90% of wood based material and is a collaboration between Woodly and Treston.
Treston first brings to the market the ‘forest green’ shelf bins, followed by other kinds of storage bins and solutions later in the autumn. Gradually, Treston aims to offer eco-friendly, carbon-neutral alternatives to all fossil-based plastic products and parts. The long-term target is to enable a completely carbon-neutral working station.
Shelf bins
The shelf bin product family includes 11 different bin sizes to choose from. The bin types to choose from are sustainable wood-based bio plastic, 100% recycled plastic and classic plastic. The bins stack firmly on top of each other, including those that are different lengths but the same width. Straight sides and side-to-side dividers, available as accessories, ensure efficient use of space. A label with a cover comes as standard with each bin. The dimensions of the shelf bins match all metric shelves, cabinets, and industrial workstations.
